1) Do you sell ground coffee?
While we offer both whole bean and ground coffee, we encourage ordering whole bean coffee to ensure optimal flavor expression from our beans. Exposure to oxygen will break down the taste of coffee over time and grinding coffee exposes more surface area. However, if you do not have the proper equipment, we would be happy to grind for you. Either way, we recommend transferring coffee to an airtight container and storing coffee in a dry, cool, dark place, like a cabinet or a cupboard.
2) What size bag does your coffee come in?
Our coffees are shipped in 250 gram and 500 gram bags.

3) When will my order ship?
Standard orders received by midnight, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped the following business day. Standard orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
4) When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, which averages 2 to 3 days from the shipping date, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time of your coffee. Tracking is available through USPS.
5) Can I schedule a future order?
We do not offer order scheduling for standard orders at this time.
6) What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Because of the validation of our site, some internationally-issued credit and bank cards may not be accepted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for help resolving a payment issue.
7) Where will you ship orders?
We ship coffees throughout the United States. At this time, the unfortunate combination of shipping and customs clearance for international orders would take too long to arrive in time for optimal enjoyment, as coffee is perishable.
8) I shipped to the wrong address. Can you help?
We cannot reship coffee after it ships if the incorrect shipping address was entered at the time of order, so please order carefully.
9) Do you issue refunds?
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at (718) 232-7736 within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
